Requirements:
MDor DO degree with completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency(Family Medicine preferred) BoardCertified by ABMS (ABFM/ABIM) or AOA Atleast 3 years of primary care experience Current,valid medical license and DEA number Proficiencywith EMR systems (NextGen preferred), coding, and Medicare Advantage/HCCdocumentation Experiencewith Google Workspace and team-based care Makea lasting impact on patient lives while working in a supportive, transformativecare model.
