• Highly negotiable compensation up to 80% MGMA with income guarantee and RVU bonus
• Flexible $200K signing bonus options based on provider needs to include student loan repayment, home down payment; can be split part now, part later or offered in one lump sum
• Flexible schedule
• Eligible for $100K retention bonus every 3 years
• Accrued PTO plus 1-week guaranteed office closure each holiday at 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas
• Unrestricted call with General Surgeon working weekends and nights

• Capability to run two rooms at a 2:1 and 3:1 configuration/Pre-op to Endoscopy

• Plan to expand equipment with 5 additional colonoscopes and 4 gastroscopes to meet current demand
