Role:

This leadership role is responsible for the smooth, efficient operation of the Radiology Department. You’ll collaborate with technologists, registrars, radiologists, and referring providers to maintain clinical excellence, operational consistency, and outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day departmental operations, staffing, scheduling, and payroll Oversee performance, onboarding, and development of radiology technologists and registrars Ensure imaging quality, standardized protocols, and patient safety compliance Drive quality improvement, service recovery, and cross-department collaboration Act as super user for EPIC/Radiant; lead workflow improvements and system enhancements Participate in budgeting, purchasing, and hospital-wide initiatives

Qualifications:

5+ years of diagnostic imaging/radiology experience Licensed Radiologic Technologist in Louisiana ARRT Radiography Certification required BLS/HeartSaver & First Aid (AHA certified) Cross-trained in multiple modalities Experience with EPIC/Radiant and GE imaging systems This is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role and help shape the future of imaging services in your community.
