Job Description

We are seeking a Telehealth Physician with active licensure in at least 35 U.S. states to join our innovative, fast-growing virtual care team. Licensure must include at least 5 of the following 7 states: Georgia, Missouri, Indiana, South Carolina, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Tennessee. This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to deliver meaningful, patient-centered care across a variety of programs—without the administrative burden of traditional healthcare settings. Employment Type:

W-2 or Contractor (based on discussion) Key Responsibilities Deliver patient care across multiple telehealth programs (urgent care, weight management, lab review, remote monitoring, and primary care) Conduct evaluations via video, phone, and asynchronous platforms Provide inclusive, evidence-based care with a patient-first approach Adapt to various programs and workflows during scheduled shifts Promote clinical quality and team collaboration as a clinical leader Participate in credentialing, licensure upkeep, and training Supervise and mentor clinical staff as needed

Requirements:

MD or DO with an active, unrestricted license in at least 35 U.S. states. Must include at least 5 of the following 7 states: Georgia, Missouri, Indiana, South Carolina, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Tennessee. Board certified in Family Medicine, Med-Peds, or Emergency Medicine Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred Comfortable prescribing compound medications and managing complex chronic conditions Prior telemedicine experience strongly preferred Excellent communication skills and proficiency in telehealth platform Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Demonstrated leadership qualities and a collaborative spirit
