Position Overview:

ThePhysician specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology is a keyclinical role within the Women’s Health department at Aizer Health.

This position involves delivering high-quality, compassionatemedical care and treatment services related to pregnancy,reproductive health, and overall female wellness. The Physicianwill work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensurethat our patient population receives effective and efficienthealthcare services.

Responsibilities:

Provide high quality care forOB patients by accurately managing their pregnancy and any needsduring the postpartum periodProvide high quality care for GYNpatients which includes accurately diagnosing and treating patientswho present with acute gynecological issuesMaintain appropriatedocumentation within the electronic medical record system inaccordance with Aizer’s policiesProvide support and high-qualitycare for laboring patients at Good Samaritan Hospital, based on theon-call scheduleProvide and maintain effective supervisoryresponsibility, as may be required, for ancillary health care staffwithin the department including, but not limited to, midwives,physician assistants, nursing staff and medical assistants.

Performsurgical procedures, when necessary for patient care

MinimumQualifications:

Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited medicalschool.

Current New York State medical license and DEA license.

BoardCertification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Compensation:

Starting at 350k with guaranteed $5,000increases over 5 years.
