This role supports short-term primary care coverage at established community practices across our system. Rather than managing your own panel, you’ll step into well-resourced clinics to care for patients while their usual provider is on leave or transitioning. Assignments typically last several weeks to a few months, giving you schedule stability while eliminating panel management responsibilities.

Who We’re Looking For:
Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds 3+ years of primary care experience Licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new settings Willing to provide coverage across the Greater Boston area
