Job Description
The Radiology Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center seeks qualified per diem radiologists to provide coverage for excess imaging volume. Successful candidates will join a collaborative team of over 80 faculty members serving the Medical Center’s main campus and affiliated community hospitals and outpatient facilities. Key Opportunities Flexible scheduling with both per-study and per-shift options available Participation in an exciting new clinical collaboration between Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, BIDMC, and HMFP to establish New England’s only free-standing adult inpatient cancer hospital Expected volume growth as this transformational precision medicine initiative develops Preferred Qualifications Strong expertise in cardiothoracic and abdominal imaging (highly preferred) Experience in neuroradiology and musculoskeletal radiology (advantageous) Proficiency in interpreting all imaging modalities Excellent communication skills Required Qualifications Board certification by the American Board of Radiology (or board-eligible status) Current Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain licensure Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) is one of the largest physician organizations in New England, dedicated to excellence and innovation in patient care, education, and research.
