Brighton, MA Full Time Hours:

Flexible 4 day work week Employed Average Patients seen: Carry a patient panel of a minimum of 1500 patients.

Call Schedule:

One week up to two times per quarter

Loan Repayment Compensation:

• Base salary $180,000
• $225,000/yr
• Up to 10% salary increase for Spanish Bilingual
• Annual bonuses up to $20,000

Qualifications

• Previous experience required
• Current MA medical and prescribing license
• DEA•Understanding of ambulatory family practice health care program administration and clinical operations preferred•Must apply for and be granted privileges at the affiliated hospital(s)•Experience with Patient Centered Medical Home model and concepts preferred•Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a bonus.
