• Outpatient Clinic
• Monday – Friday
• Seeking aFamily Medicine and/or Internal Medicine Physician to work underthe direction of the Lead Physician and Medical Director
• TheFamily/Internal Medicine Physician will conduct routine well visitsand sick visits, supoprt health promotion and preventive medicine

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree from an accredited School ofMedicine
• Board Certified or Eligible
• Active MA License
