Required Qualifications:

• BC/ BE in Family Practice
• UnlimitedLicensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Active DEA License Thesalary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually basedon full-time employment.

Salary Range is defined as total cashcompensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base andbonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Payis based on several factors including but not limited to locallabor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
