A respected critical access hospital in scenic Aroostook County invites a skilled Urologist to join their well-established surgical team in a flexible part-time position offering excellent work/life balance and a meaningful community impact. This hospital-employed role is ideal for a physician approaching retirement who still enjoys practicing, without the pace or pressure of full-time work. Enjoy a convenient schedule of two-week blocks, alternating two weeks on/two weeks off, for a total of 26 weeks of coverage annually. This role is designed to support continuity of care for patients while providing incredible personal flexibility for the practitioner. You will provide an interesting mix of outpatient and surgical services and procedures including such things as cystoscopy, laser lithotripsy, stent removal, vasectomy, urolift, biopsies, dilation, transrectal ultrasound, and more.
