A leading critical access hospital located in northern NewHampshire is now seeking an experienced Sleep Medicine AdvancedPractice Provider to join their award-winning healthcare team. This full-service critical access hospital boasts 25 inpatient bedsand offers personalized medical, surgical, and intensive careservices. This location also offers various other inpatient andoutpatient services including cardiovascular, rehabilitation,oncology care, and diagnostic services. The Sleep Medicine Advanced Practice Provider will join a busy andgrowing sleep medicine program in the northern New Hampshiremarket. This program offers office-based sleep services formanaging obstructive sleep apnea, sleep related breathingdisorders, insomnia, hypersomnia, restless leg syndrome, and REMsleep behavioral disorders. The Sleep Medicine Advanced PracticeProvider will provide patient consultation, reviews and managesprescription refills, and partners with sleep technologists andrespiratory therapists. Advanced Practice Registered Nurse APRN or Physician AssistantPA-C Licensed in state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain Advanced knowledge of sleep medicine is a plus!
