Must be available for most or all of the following 2025 dates:
September:
1, 2, 10, 11, 15, 17-22, 24-29
October:
1, 2, 6, 8-13, 29
- November 3
November:
5, 19-24, 26, 27
December:
1, 10-15, 17, 18, 22, 29, 31
Clinical Details:
Second call coverage with occasional in-clinic responsibilities CNMs take first call; OB/GYNs called in for complications 25-bed critical access hospital with approx. 120 births/year
Requirements:
Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active ME license or IMLC Clean history Facility will accept multiple providers Must be available for most listed shift dates Must be willing and able to perform GYN procedures: endometrial ablation, IUD insertion/removal, menopausal management, failed medical management, urinary incontinence care
Skills Needed:
Routine outpatient and procedural GYN care Management of OB complications as backup to CNM team Collaborative care within a tight-knit OB/GYN team
