Responsibilities Join 13 Family Medicine Physicians, 6 Internal Medicine Physicians, and 6 Advance Practice Providers.

Choose outpatient or traditional if desired.

See patients 18 years and up primarily since we have a robust pediatric practice.

Office hours are flexible and can be designed to meet personal and professional needs.

Average 18-20 patients on a full day.

Call schedule depends on practice type, triaged first and not onerous.

We Offer Unlimited earning potential.1 year shareholder track and ASC ownership, no buy-in or downside.

Eligible for production bonuses, sign-on, relocation, loan forgiveness, NHSC loan repayment, and residency stipend.401(k) w/match (100% vested day one) and profit sharing.

Up to 6 weeks of paid time off and 6 paid holidays.$2,500 CME allowance, plus paid licensure and certification renewals.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $280,000 – $375,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience.

In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $300,000 – $700,000.QMG Overview Physician-owned and managed, multi-specialty group in practice for over 85 years.
