Pediatrician at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, Maine, United States Job Description Eastern Maine Medical Center d/b/a Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center has opening for Pediatrician at multiple worksites in Bangor, ME (489 State Street, Bangor, ME 04401 and 133 Corporate Drive, Bangor, ME 04401). Provide routine well-child visits, assessing their growth and development and general physical condition. The Pediatrician will treat minor illnesses, acute and chronic health problems, and growth and development concerns. The Pediatrician will collect, record and maintain patient information such as medical history, reports and examinations results. The Pediatrician will prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination and other specialized medical care to treat and prevent illness, disease, or injury in infants and children. The Pediatrician will examine patients and order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests to obtain information on medical conditions and determine diagnosis as well as explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients and parents or guardians. The Pediatrician will monitor patient’s conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary.
