Bangor | Advanced Practice Provider | PRN Description Northern Light Acadia Hospital is seeking a per diem Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide compassionate medical care to patients on our adult and pediatric inpatient units on our campus in Bangor, Maine.
Position Details:
Flexible schedule can include weekdays and/or weekends depending on preference/availability
Collaboration with inpatient psychiatric providers
Complete initial admission, history, and physicals as well as orders
Address any follow-up medical care needs, follow-up on patient labs, etc.
Respond to emergency medical needs throughout the hospital
Reports to the Supervisor of Hospital Medicine Professional Services
Requirements:
(1) board-certified or board-eligible; (2) ACLS preferred (training offered) Northern Light Acadia Hospital is a regional, acute care psychiatric hospital that is a leader in the provision of tele-psychiatry services, including consultations to statewide emergency departments.
