Full-Time Hospitalist Physician

Location:

St. Joseph, Missouri

Salary :

$200

• 250/hr + Medical Director stipend +

Position Highlights:

Schedule:

Rotational 7 on/7 off schedule with shifts ranging from 5-6 hours, providing excellent work-life balance.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate of $200

• 250, with Medical Director stipend and bonus opportunities, totaling $400k
• 450k annually.

Support:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage and coordinate patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.
• Engage in communication with patients, families, and staff to deliver compassionate and effective care.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Eligible for licensure in the state of Missouri.
