Highlights:
Receive a faculty appointment based on experience
See patients with medical residents and students in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Position involves rotations for inpatient, outpatient and skilled nursing care
Participate in teaching lectures and didactics as part of the core curriculum for the IM residency program
Provide mentorship to medical students and residents
Participate in program evaluation and resident evaluation
Position Details:
Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
Inpatient 7on/7off
Outpatient is M-F only
Shared equal call for all providers
On call on average 1 in 4 weekends for inpatient rounding with house staff
Research opportunities present with a full time Director of Research available for assistance
