Split schedule across outpatient clinic and inpatient endoscopy center Clinic-based role with low-intensity call Full support team including RN, MA, and APC Located near the coast in a community hospital setting

Clinic 8a-4:30p; Inpatient procedures 7:30a-3:30p
Call :
Phone call coverage only; rare callback to hospital (1-2x/month typical)
Clinical Details:
Daily volume: 12-15 patients
Facility:
78-bed community hospital Inpatient/Outpatient float between endoscopy center and hospital
Epic EMR Requirements:
Board Certified in Gastroenterology Active NC license BLS and ACLS Clean history
Skills Needed:
Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, variceal injection, foreign body removal, and bleeder cautery ERCP (diagnostic and therapeutic) PEG tube placement, small bowel biopsy, esophageal dilation Colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp excision
Optional:
EUS and liver biopsy
