Join a caring team as an LPN or RN at North Andover, earning upto $44.50/hr based on experience. Provide compassionate nursingcare in a warm, home-like environment, building lastingrelationships with residents and staff. Assess, document, andcommunicate residents’ health status, report changes, andcoordinate care with providers. Supervise and mentor Resident CareAssistants, ensuring quality care and resident independence.
Recognize and prevent elder abuse, respond to emergencies, andfollow regulations. Requirements include a current LPN/RN license,CPR certification, and preferred 1-2 years of experience,especially with the elderly.
