Job Description
Locum –
Family Medicine MD/DO, Fayetteville, NC Job Details & Requirements Work Dates Needed:
ASAP after 30 days credentials
Preferred Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
Worksite Setting:
FQHC 100
% outpatient
Scope of Work:
20 to 25 patients a day, all ages, open to new graduates, assist with chronic disease & health Management programs
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
unrestricted SC license, but will wait for provider to get one, DEA, MD or DO degree
EMR:
