7on/7off schedule

• Nocturnist position
• 7p-7a ICU Management 1 week and floor management 1 week Management of higher acuity patients and ability to keep updated on procedures ( for nocturnist) Opportunity to participate in teaching IM residents and medical students Established Hospitalist program
