Join an orthopedic surgery group covering a 325 bed with a servicepopulation of 175,000. The hospital employs a 23 physician team ofhospitalists and owns 33 clinics in the surrounding counties,including 13 primary care clinics. The new surgeon will have aterrific referral base. The physician will be situated in a newly constructed orthopedicsurgery center. There is also a new 60,000 square foot AmbulatorySurgery Center. Compensation is exceptional and there is a full employee-benefitspackage. Call is 1:5. Da Vinci and MAKO robotics on site. Training in adult reconstructive surgery would be ideal, but notrequired for consideration. The community is located in North Carolina’s Inner Banks region,about 30 miles from Fayetteville, NC. It is home to a 9,138 acre state park with 115 miles of water, 81of which are designated National Wild and Scenic waters. The parkis also an official site on the North Carolina Birding Trail.
