Our client is a growing company providing healthcare coverage toICUs, hospitals, and multiple post-acute care facilities across thecountry. They are looking to add excellent physicians to theirrapidly growing company. Responsibilities and Duties Rounds on nursing home, vented/trached patients and otherduties Average number of patients to round on is 25 pts per day Meet with family members Meet and coordinate with the DON Certifications and Licenses BC/BE in Internal/ Infectious Disease BLS certification State license Federal DEA and state CS number Billings and Collections All Patients are privately insured Provider gets to keep a percentage of the collection Provider at end of the month will get a report re his/hercollections It usually takes 6-8 weeks to start seeing the collectionscoming in Bonus plan is included upon signing Coverage and procedures Daily round and it s determined by the provide, we have greatflexibility Expect coverage time is around 4-6 hours per day Our client’s responsibilities Provide the physician with Malpractice insurance Provide an office space to work Provide billing services Provide access to its billing services EMR system Scheduling Back-office support with credentialing, licensure etc.
