Job Description
Duke Health is recruiting Advanced Practice Providers in Durham, NC for Duke Emergency Medicine s Observation Unit . Duke University Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center with 75,000 visits annually. 18 bed pediatric ED, 3 adult care areas, 2 fully equipped x-ray rooms and 2 dedicated CT scanners, 7,000 square foot ambulance bay, 8 bed psychiatric emergency unit, and a clinical evaluation unit that is expanding from 11 to 24 beds in October 2025. 12-hour day/night rotating schedule as well as nocturnist opportunities available. No call required. Candidates must have at least one year of Advanced Practice Emergency Medicine, observation, or critical care experience or have completed a residency/fellowship in Emergency Medicine or critical care.
