Responsibilities:

Provide initial assessments, follow-ups, & offer appropriate referrals within Mindpath Health.
Collaborate when necessary for best patient care & experience.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • timely notes & documentation
    Experience with Adult and or Child/Adolescent Patient Populations
    Must be willing and capable of providing treatment for the following: Psychiatry Consultation, Major Depressive Disorder, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Panic Attacks / Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Sleep Problems, Depression, Stress / Stress Management, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Trauma / PTSD
Qualifications:

Must be Fully Licensed within the State of Practice with a MD or DO degree.
BE/BC in Psychiatry & Active DEA license
Medication Management Required
Ability to utilize EHR & Technology Platforms as applicable within the role.
