Prepare encounter forms. Investigate and account formissi ngencounter forms. Audit encounter forms for completeness and#Batches en counterforms or charge posting inaccuracy before batching.correct appoin tmenttype, enteringand prioritizework, provide oralofcash to be collec tedbased# Requesting and retrieving new patient outside information# Ent erlabwork treatment patients# Identify correct patient in Maestro Care,v erify patientdemographicand insurance data.# Notify patients of co-payme ntrequirements and outstanding balances.
Coordinate labs and procedures i naccordance with physicianpreferences.# Notify patients of all appointme ntchanges.
