Salary:
$200,000 – $240,000 per year A bitabout us: We are a local PACE program (Providing All Inclusive Careto the Elderly) right here in Greensboro, NC. In this role, youwill work as part of our care team, which includes other providers,RNs, CNAs, and Physical Therapists. This position requires anactive and NC license. Some of the duties of this role include:

We are actively seeking adedicated and compassionate Permanent Primary Care Doctor to joinour PACE Program in the Healthcare industry. This is a uniqueopportunity to work in a patient-centered, team-based environmentproviding comprehensive healthcare for the elderly. The successfulcandidate will have a passion for geriatric medicine, a commitmentto providing high-quality care, and a desire to make a differencein the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
As a PermanentPrimary Care Doctor in our PACE Program, your primaryresponsibilities will include: 1. Providing comprehensive, primarycare services to a diverse population of elderly patients in acompassionate and respectful manner. 2. Developing, implementing,and maintaining patient care plans in collaboration with otherhealthcare professionals. 3. Conducting regular patient assessmentsto monitor health conditions, plan or adjust treatment, and makenecessary referrals to specialist physicians. 4. Coordinating withthe interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of holistic,patient-centered care. 5. Participating in regular team meetings todiscuss patient care, progress, and outcomes. 6. Keeping up-to-datewith the latest advancements in geriatric medicine and integratingnew knowledge into patient care. 7. Ensuring compliance withhealthcare regulations and safety standards. 8. Effectivelycommunicating with patients, their families, and caregivers,providing them with information and reassurance.
Qualifications:
Tobe considered for this role, you must possess the followingqualifications: 1. A Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accreditedinstitution. 2. A valid and current license to practice medicine.3. Board certification in Geriatric Medicine or Family Medicine. 4.A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a practicing physician,preferably in geriatric medicine. 5. Excellent knowledge of medicalprinciples, procedures, and techniques relevant to geriatric care.6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the abilityto build relationships with patients, their families, and othermedical professionals. 7. Demonstrated ability to work effectivelyin a team-based, patient-centered environment. 8. A commitment toongoing professional development and learning. 9. The ability tohandle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make soundmedical decisions.
