Responsibilities:

• Provide initial assessments, follow-ups, & offer appropriatereferrals within Mindpath Health.
• Collaborate when necessary forbest patient care & experience.
• Excellent verbal & writtencommunication skills
• timely notes & documentation
• Experiencewith Adult and or Child/Adolescent Patient Populations
• Must bewilling and capable of providing treatment for the following:

Psychiatry Consultation, Major Depressive Disorder, ADHD (attentiondeficit hyperactivity disorder), Mood Disorders, Anxiety, PanicAttacks / Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Sleep Problems, Depression,Stress / Stress Management, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD),and Trauma /

PTSD Qualifications:

• Must be Fully Licensed withinthe State of Practice with a MD or DO degree.
• BE/BC in Psychiatry& Active DEA license
• Medication Management Required
• Ability toutilize EHR & Technology Platforms as applicable within the role.
