- A well-established cancer institute in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Pulmonologist to join its multidisciplinary Thoracic Oncology team.
This is a full-time, outpatient-focused role supporting the evaluation and diagnostic workup of patients with suspected lung cancer.
Position Highlights:
Full-time, Monday Friday schedule (clinic + bronchoscopy) No weekend, holiday, or ICU/pulmonary call responsibilities Work closely with a dedicated team including nurse navigators, oncologists, thoracic surgeons, and radiologists Multidisciplinary, team-based approach in a highly specialized cancer care setting
Candidate Requirements:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pulmonary Disease or Critical Care Medicine Passion for thoracic oncology and collaborative care
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and manage adult patients (18+) in a thoracic oncology clinic setting Participate in coordinated care planning for patients with suspected or confirmed lung cancers
