This group has deep connections and stability. 20 total Radiologists. Growing subspecialized radiology practice Serving a growing number of independent facilities Overnight coverage provided by internal nighthawks and back-up call for all subspecialties. Advanced Practice Providers who support with management of clinical services and routine procedures. Supported by skilled and dedicated administrative team Member of Strategic Radiology a national cooperative of independent radiology practices
Benefits:
Base Salary:
$525000.00
Additional Bonuses:
40K Annually Two Year Partnership Track Available Earn over 700K Base after Partner Comprehensive Health and Benefits Package Dedicated staff to support licensure, credentialing, benefits, onboarding etc.
PTO:
10 Weeks. Up to 14 weeks after Partnership achieved.

About this role:
Breast Radiologist Location:
Gastonia, NC. 20 minutes from Charlotte, NC. Group covers services for a 5 facilities including a 450 bed hospital. Very well established in the area and has long standing hospital contracts to remain independent. 8am – 5pm eastern time schedule.
Call:
Every 4-6 Weeks. (No Call required if not on Partner Track) Collaboration with other rads during entire shift – never working alone
Typical Volume:
75 wRVU’s Mixture of Breast Imaging along with
General Radiology Background Desired:
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology Breast Radiologist Eligible to acquire a North Carolina state license The physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care Background in Breast Radiology /
