Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Functional Wellness Medical Provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA) to lead our wellness division. This role is ideal for a clinician who is excited about whole-person care, precision medicine, and the integration of technology to empower long-term health transformation. As the clinical lead of our wellness services, you will guide patients through personalized wellness programs including lifestyle medicine, weight optimization, hormone and peptide therapies, and advanced biomarker tracking. You’ll be supported by a wellness nurse and a technology platform that uses AI to enhance patient outcomes and engagement. You will also collaborate with our aesthetics team when patients pursue combined wellness and aesthetic care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments focused on exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress, symptoms, and goals Develop and oversee individualized care plans integrating: Lifestyle modification Medical weight loss (including GLP-1 medications) Hormone optimization and replacement therapy Peptide therapies Sexual health treatments and advanced supplementation Pharmacotherapy when appropriate Manage patients longitudinally to track and optimize biomarker trends and wellness goals Collaborate with the wellness nurse for patient engagement and coaching Utilize digital tools, wearable data, and AI insights to optimize treatment decisions Support patient education and promote shared decision-making Coordinate with aesthetics team to recommend complementary treatments Represent the practice externally with professionalism and a deep commitment to personalized, science-driven care Qualifications Licensed MD, DO, NP, or PA in North Carolina At least 2 years of clinical experience in wellness, integrative, or functional medicine preferred Knowledge of or interest in: GLP-1 medications, HRT, peptides, lifestyle medicine, and precision health Strong patient rapport and communication skills Comfortable in a data-driven, tech-enabled clinical environment Passion for personalized medicine, longevity, and optimizing healthspan Preferred Skills Familiarity with the Medicine 3.0 philosophy and the latest in health optimization protocols Experience with EMR and digital wellness platforms Interest in or experience with patient biomarker monitoring and AI-assisted clinical tools Enthusiastic about contributing to practice development and innovation What We Offer Opportunity to lead an innovative wellness program Supportive interdisciplinary team and cutting-edge clinical tools Competitive compensation and flexibility (FT or PT) Collaborative, patient-focused practice culture
