Family Medicine Physician Join five primary care providers – 4 physicians and 3 nursepractitioners State-of-the art clinic constructed in 2018 Live near the beaches of North Carolina Practice specialists include: Primary Care, Neurology,Cardiology, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, ThoracicSurgery, Pediatric Surgery, Dermatology, and InfectiousDisease Services on-site include: cardiac pulmonary rehab, respiratorytherapy, moderate complexity lab, x-rays, mammography, ultrasound,ECHO, and retail pharmacy Monday – Friday schedule, outpatient only No Call Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individualsin the communities served through timely access to evidence-basedacute, preventive, and chronic disease care. Serve as a role model of professionalism to all members of theinterdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all otherpractitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performingteam. Documents all patient care activities and services provided inthe electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise,accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.
