Neurointensivist Nocturnist Opening in Greenville, NC_x000D_Raleigh 86m_x000D x000D_Seeking a board eligible/certifiedNeuro-Critical Care physician to work as a NeurointensivistNocturnist._x000D x000D_ Employed_x000D_ Candidates should befellowship trained in neuro-critical care medicine and haveknowledge and practical skills in neurologic diagnosis andmanagement, neuroimaging, neurotrauma, stroke diagnosis andmanagement, invasive monitoring, intra-cranial pressure management,as well as ventilator and hemodynamic management. _x000D_ Joingrowing NSICU and Stroke teams and will provide care for criticallyill patients with neurologic and neurosurgical illnesses in MedicalCenters 24-bed NSICU along with Stroke team coverage. _x000D_ Joina program inclusive of 4 neurointensivists and 4 vascularneurologists_x000D_ Established neuroscience team of 10neurosurgeons including 2 dual-trained cerebrovascularneurosurgeons, an interventional neurologist, inpatient strokeneurologists, neurointensivists, neurologists and a large team ofNurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants_x000D_ Team of 11dedicated NSICU advanced practice providers who provide 24/7coverage and 4 dedicated Stroke advanced practice providers whoprovide daytime coverage_x000D_ Academic appointment with EastCarolina University at the rank of Assistant, Associate orProfessor_x000D_ ACGME neurology residency recently approved and tostart in 2025_x000D_ Strong investment in technology includingGamma Knife, NeuroBlate, and RAPID_x000D_ Over 600 endovascularprocedures performed annually to include Subarachnoid coilings_x000D_ Over 1000 neurological cases performed annually to includecomplex spine and brain tumor resections _x000D_ Over 1500 annualadmissions with stroke as primary diagnosis _x000D_ Nationallyrecognized by Beckers Healthcare as a top 100 program forneurosurgery_x000D_ 974-bed level 1 trauma facility
