As aPsychiatrist at Reliatus Behavioral Health, you will play a crucialrole in delivering comprehensive psychiatric care to our clients.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, includingtherapists, social workers, and other mental health professionals,to provide a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

Essential duties include conducting comprehensive psychiatricassessments/evaluations and mental status examinations (MSEs) ofpatients, providing multi-axial diagnoses according to theDiagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM)approved by the American Psychiatric Association; developing andimplementing individualized mental health treatment planning forassigned child/adolescent patients; providing competentpsychotropic medication treatment and other psychiatric treatmentsto meet the needs of assigned patients; performing related tasks asrequired. Your expertise will contribute to improving thewell-being of individuals facing a wide range of mental healthchallenges.

We are located in Coastal Pembroke, MA is currentlyrecruiting a Psychiatrist for their Inpatient Adult Services. Weoffer Inpatient adult, older adult (50+), and adolescent programs,as well as partial hospitalization programs (PHP) for adults andadolescents. Our treatment programs include the capacity to manageco-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders as well assub-acute medical co-morbidities. Collaboration, compassion, andrespect are the guiding principles of our multi-disciplinary team’sapproach to helping patients achieve recovery and mental wellness.

Days Paid Time OffJobResponsibilities:

Assess and screen patients by conducting psychiatricevaluations, including interviews, medical histories, physicalexams, observations, and psychological testing Analyze data and results of assessments to diagnosepatients Prescribe and administer medications according todiagnosis Monitor patients to determine efficacy and potential sideeffects of medications Develop a treatment plan, measure progress against the plan,and make adjustments as needed Provide crisis intervention as needed Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurateand timely manner Collaborate with a broader team of physicians, psychologists,and nurses to assess and adjust treatment plans Coordinate and communicate with case managers and otherstakeholders about treatment and care

Job Qualifications:
