Description OB/GYN Opportunities with UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC UNC Health Southeastern, in partnership with UNC Physicians Network, is actively recruiting two full-time Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join our dynamic and growing practice in Lumberton, North Carolina. Our well-established, compassionate care team includes:
- 5 board-certified OB/GYN physicians
- 1 GYN-only physician
- 6 certified nurse midwives
- 3 nurse practitioners
- Supported by a dedicated and experienced clinical and administrative staff. We take pride in our collaborative, team-based approach to care, serving a culturally diverse patient population. We welcome both experienced physicians and new graduates to apply. Practice Highlights
- Competitive base salary plus RVU-based production incentives and quality bonuses

- Single office location in Lumberton; deliveries and surgeries performed at UNC Health Southeastern
- 4.5-day workweek with an average of 22 patients per day in clinic
- Call schedule: 1:5 to 1:6, with home call and midwives taking first call
- Dedicated OR block time and access to da Vinci Xi robotic surgery system
- EPIC electronic medical record system
- Teaching opportunities available through Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine Relocation assistance
- Potential sign-on bonus
- CME allowance: 5 days and $3,000
