100% outpatient practice model with 4.5 day work week Join a team of 30 primary care providers Multi•specialty practice Walk into an existing busy practice Full support to included advanced practice support, RNs, and dedicated MAs On-site resources including lab, imaging center, physical therapy, diabetes center, coumadin clinic, and more New grads welcome to apply•physician mentorship
