Quick credentialing process (approximately 4 weeks)
Long term assignment

• Practice Setting
• Outpatient care setting
  Patient panel is adults only
  Full care team with 2 APs, 1 MD, 1 Psychologist, RNs, and Technicians
• Schedule
• Full-time, 5 days a week
  Hours are 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday
  Rotation through various 16-bed units
  No call or weekends
• Procedures and Cases
• Minimal wound care if needed
  Treat conditions like anxiety, heart issues, pregnancy, STDs, and psychiatric medication interactions
  Capable of prescribing medications, ordering labs, and interpreting results
  Specialize in addiction and trauma cases, with high-risk situations referred to the Emergency Room
• Requirements
• BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  DEA certification
  North Carolina state licensure required
  Orientation includes BLS, CPI, and de-escalation training
  Compensation Details
  $130/hour
