Job Description
A North Carolina-based facility is currently seeking a General Surgeon to provide locums coverage asap. Schedule is all 24 hour calls (Emergency calls only). The facility has a patient ratio of 7 surgical patient cases per month. The work environment is unmatched, with a full support staff and complimenting physicians.
Responsibilities would include:
amputations, tracheostomy, chest tube, endoscopy (EGD/Colon), G tube insertion, colon removal/resection, appendectomy, cholecystectomy. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with ACLS and current NC license. Great pay and excellent location!
