- “CasualEmployee” (per diem, hourly clinician role)
- 8-23 patient carehours per week What you’ll be working on:
- Seeing patients with abroad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic,and well visits (not a panel-building role)
- Treating patientsin-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles,as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilization of yourspecific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-officeprocedures Education, licenses, and experiences required for thisrole:
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal orFamily Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of thelast 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- BoardCertified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. If not yet BoardCertified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine orInternal Medicine Resident
- Licensed in North Carolina, obtainedbefore your One Medical start date One Medical providers alsodemonstrate:
- A passion for human-centered primary care
- Theability to successfully communicate with and provide care toindividuals of all backgrounds
- The ability to effectively usetechnology to deliver high quality care
- Clinical proficiency inevidence-based primary care
- The desire to be an integral part ofa team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery
- An openness tofeedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengthsand weaknesses
- The ability to confidently navigate uncertainsituations with both patients and colleagues

This is a flexible positionrequiring availability to work at multiple office locations,including:
- Raleigh Village District
- Cary-Fenton
- BrightleafSquare
- North Hills Candidates must be willing to work at any ofthese locations as needed.
This is an hourly role with openingsacross Raleigh-Durham, NC. One Medical is committed to fair andequitable compensation practices. The hourly range for this role is$135.00/hr . Final determination of starting pay may vary based onfactors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceedthese specified qualifications and requirements. The totalcompensation package for this position may also include benefits.
