For over 40 years, Western Carolina Eye Associates has become the largest provider in the beautiful High Country of Western North Carolina by providing advanced eye care in a family-oriented environment.
We have offices in Ashe, Avery and Watauga Counties, offering full-service eye care, optical retail, and surgery in each of those counties.

WCEA offers a full complement of diagnostic equipment including an Atlas Topographer, Cirrus HD-OCT, Visucam, Humphrey Field Analyzer 3, 4 Sight ultrasonic imaging, I-Lux, Coherent Yag laser, IOL Master and Argos/Verion image guiding for cataract surgery.
We provide premium IOL cataract surgery, glaucoma procedures, oculoplastics, and medical and cosmetic Botox.
