Hospital call coverage only Ongoing schedule: Every 4th weekend oFeb 21 23 (off at 7am on 24th) oMar 21 23 (off at 7am on 24th) oApr 18 20 (off at 7am on 21st) oMay 23 25 (off at 7am on 26th) oContinues monthly Call type: Beeper Response time: 15 minutes Call ratio: 1:4 Call back rate: 25% Phone consults: ~5 per shift Patients seen: 3 5

Admissions:

~4 Practice setting: Inpatient only

EMR:

MediTech Support staff provided: 2 RNs, 1

MA Lodging:

Onsite call room or local hotel (ask for Lifepoint corporate rate) ________________________________________

Requirements:

NC medical license (no exceptions) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Clean background for expedited credentialing (15-day timeframe) Certifications required: ACLS, PALS, Laser Certification Must be proficient in: oHigh- and low-risk pregnancy care oFetal heart rate interpretation (NST/CST/FSE) oOB ultrasound (Level I & II) oAmniocentesis oRoutine and complicated deliveries (vaginal, C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions) oRepair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations oSurgical gynecology (open and laparoscopic) ________________________________________

Location:
