Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday – Friday, anticiped work day 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. subject to discussion with Supervisor. Summary of Duties, but not limited to: Provides direct care to pients in the Primary Care department. Provides clinical guidance to PA’s and others as requested. Participes in interdisciplinary team activities to achieve optimum quality of pient care th is maintained or improved. Participes in the progressive improvement of the service delivery which may include programmic participion in initiives within the facility. Evalues the pient to assess changes in the physical and mental stus. A progress note is written in the pient’s chart. Responsible for coordining with providers within their own and outside of their own Service Line, the other divisions within the Manchester VA structure and the CBOC Clinics as determined by the plan of care for the veteran. Open, clear, and collaborive engagements are a key duty. Incumbent is ultimely responsible to ensure barriers for Veterans and staff are minimized to promote a positive work environment. Performs other duties as assigned, Responsibilities will include participion in quality assurance programs and chart reviews and completing medical records in accordance with Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulions and any other duties as assigned.
