General, ENT, GI, GYN, minor cardiac, Ortho, Podiatry, Urology, vascular, Healthy Peds (6 months+), Pediatric dental/ENT
•
Credentialing:
Expedited privileges available; standard timeframe ~90 days
Minimum Requirements for Consideration

Board Certified/Board Eligible:
BC/BE Acceptable – Anesthesiology
•
Certifications:
ACLS, PALS, BLS
•
Licensure:
New Hampshire license required
