Position Overview:
NHTI is seeking a qualified adjunct faculty to teach Sonographic Principles of
OB/GYN I.
This course provides students with essential knowledge in ultrasound imaging of gynecological and first trimester obstetric exam, focusing on practical applications and real-world relevance.

Course Description:
This course includes an in-depth study of the anatomy of female reproductive organs and associated pathological changes with introduction to first trimester fetal development.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach in-person classroom course using provided curriculum and instructional materials aligned with program standards.
Develop and provide syllabus, course objectives, learning outcomes and assessment tools.
Facilitate class discussions, assignments, and assessments to foster student engagement and learning.
Provide regular feedback and maintain accurate records of student progress via Canvas and/or Trajecsys.
Comply with college policies and standards.
Record and report student learning outcomes to program coordinator.
Strongly encouraged to attend meetings and events related to the program.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Must possess a minimum of an associate degree in related discipline.
Experience:
Must hold active RDMS (OB/GYN) or ARRT (S) credential. Minimum three years’ experience in OB/GYN ultrasound imaging.
Residency:
Must reside in NH, VT, ME, MA, RI, or CT.
Preferred qualifications: ARDMS Abdomen, OB/GYN, and RVT. Bachelor degree or above. Prior teaching experience.
