We’re seeking a dedicated Internal or Family Medicine physician with a passion for geriatric care to work within an interdisciplinary team that puts patients first.

Deliver comprehensive, holistic care to a medically complex, underserved population
Collaborate with nurses, social workers, therapists, and other providers
Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory excellence

Ideal Candidate:
BC/BE in Internal or Family Medicine (Geriatrics a plus)
1+ year post-training experience (PACE experience preferred)
Licensed or eligible in NJ
