Opportunity Overview:
Medical staff requirements: BC or within 5 years of residency in pediatric emergency medicine (PEM) or pediatrics (EMP, PE, Ped) with emergency medicine experience.
Newly graduating pediatric residents may receive additional training before working independently.

Epic14 private pediatric emergency beds12% admission rate24-hour pediatric emergency medicine physician coverage daily10 hours of pediatric advanced practice clinician coverage daily5-bed Pediatric ICU with 24-hour in-house Pediatric hospital medicine teamCompensation is competitive, with an estimated base salary range of $165 to $220 hourly, plus potential bonuses through our RVU incentive plan.
The role offers the choice of employee or independent contractor (IC) status.
