RequiredQualifications:

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New Yorkor has New York application in process
• Board Certification orboard eligibility in Urology
• Active and unrestricted DEA Licenseor ability to obtain prior to start The salary range for New Yorkresidents is $423,090 to $604,300 per year.

Salary Range is definedas total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mixof base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metricachievement.
