PrimaryResponsibilities:

• Consults, follow-up appointments and in officeprocedures
• Manage and treat patients with chronic Rheumaticdiseases (musculoskeletal / systemic autoimmune conditions) inoutpatient setting
• Consult with patients to understand theirhealth concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treatmusculoskeletal disease

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted licensure in the state ofNew York or has New York application in process
• BoardCertification or Board Eligibility in Rheumatology
• Active andunrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

NewYork Residents Only:

The salary range for New York residents is$240,160.00 to $329,800.00 per year. Salary Range is defined astotal cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix ofbase and bonus is variable based upon experience and metricachievement.
