Hybrid outpatient position; Monday through Friday with up to 2 days remote
Must have active New York license or be willing to obtain
Must be willing to travel between multiple centers within the area
Participate in intake process, provide medication management, and review treatment plans
Work as part of an multi-disciplinary team with psychiatrists and PMHNPs
